Cancellation Policy

Consulting Package Policy & Terms Scheduling & Session Use: Each consulting session is valid for one full hour and must be scheduled in advance. Sessions are not transferable to another person or organization. All purchased sessions must be used within 3 months of the purchase date. Partial use of time is not allowed. Each session is redeemed in full-hour increments only. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will be considered a late cancellation and the session will be forfeited. No-Show Policy: If a client does not attend a scheduled session and fails to provide notice, the session will be marked as a no-show and forfeited. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. By purchasing a consulting package, you agree to these terms and understand that unused or forfeited hours will not be refunded or extended beyond the 3-month validity period.
