Career Readiness and Soft Skills 3. Covers workplace communication, resume building, time management, and professional etiquette. 4. Healthcare Support (Non-Clinical) Includes roles such as medical receptionist, billing specialist, patient service representative, and health unit coordinator. 5. English Language Learning (ESL/ELL) Ranges from beginner to advanced ESL, TOEFL prep, and workplace English. 6. Workplace Training Includes customer experience, digital communication, remote work readiness, and workplace safety basics. 7. Technology and Digital Literacy (Non-Certified) Covers computer literacy, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media basics, and remote collaboration tools.
